The business is genuinely located in or primarily serves Wendover and the surrounding parishes.
We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any listing at our absolute discretion, including where we consider the content to be inaccurate, inappropriate, irrelevant to our audience, or in breach of these Terms.
Listing Visibility
Once approved, your listing will be publicly visible on our website. The information you provide — including your business name, address, telephone number, website, description and category — will be displayed to visitors. Please only submit information you are happy to be publicly available.
Listing Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your listing information up to date. Please notify us of any changes by contacting us at hello@whatsonwendover.co.uk. We accept no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated listing information.
9. Event Submissions
We offer an event listing service for events taking place in Wendover and the surrounding area. By submitting an event, you confirm that:
You are authorised to submit the event on behalf of the organiser.

The event is genuine and relevant to our local audience.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any event submission at our absolute discretion. Submission of an event does not guarantee publication.
Event submission fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once the submission has been reviewed, regardless of whether the event is published. Please see Section 10 for further details on payments and refunds.
10. Paid Services, Memberships and Refunds
Membership Subscriptions
We offer paid membership tiers for businesses wishing to list in our directory. Details of current membership tiers, features and pricing are set out on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Membership fees are charged annually (or as otherwise stated at the point of purchase) and are due in advance. Your membership will remain active for the period paid for. We will notify you in advance of your renewal date.
Event Submission Fees
Non-member event submissions are subject to a one-off submission fee as set out on our website at the time of submission. Member submissions may be included within your membership tier or subject to a reduced fee, as described on our website.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Cancellation and Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced, except where required by law. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at hello@whatsonwendover.co.uk. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period and your listing will be removed at that point.
Event submission fees are non-refundable once your submission has been reviewed, as set out in Section 9 above.
If you are a consumer and you believe you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation, please contact us and we will consider your request.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our membership and submission fees at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect memberships already paid for during their current term. We will give reasonable notice of any price changes before your next renewal.
11. How You May Use Material on Our Website
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
